Shakuhachi 尺八 Bamboo Hosen 鳳舟 - Vintage - - Shakuhachi - Japan

Shakuhachi is a traditional Japanese flute with a long, end-blown design, crafted from bamboo. Introduced to Japan from China in the 7th century, it reached its zenith during the Edo period (17th-18th century).
