Original never polished ROLEX OYSTER PERPETUAL DAY-DATE 18239 WITH VERY RARE BLUE LAPIS DIAL 18K WHITE GOLD watch, made in 1999. The watch is in a fully working order and is in very good condition, without heavy surface scratches.
The vibrant blue lapis stone dial with diamond Arabic numerals at the 6 and 9 o'clock is both stunning and flawless, exhibiting no imperfections. The striped grain of the lapis is very even and has an organic beauty to it. The white gold 6 and 9 o'clock diamond markers are in perfect condition, the stones have been inspected with U.V. light for clarity and remain original.
Signed "Rolex", " Oyster Perpetual ", "Day-Date", "Superlative Chronometer Officially Certified", "Swiss Made". 18K white-gold hours, minutes hands and seconds hands, day indicator (in English language) at "12" o'clock and date indicator at 3 o'clock. Gorgeous fluted 18k white-gold bezel is mounted on top of the 18k white-gold case measuring 36 mm (1,41 inch) across excluding the crown and 43 mm (1,69 inch) from lug to lug is in good condition. The 18k white gold winding crown is completely original and correctly signed with the famous “Rolex” logo.
The watch was serviced by our watchmaker, the service included cleansing and oiling of the movement and adjustment of the watch.
