The novel follows a young woman named Birdalone, who embarks on a quest to find a magical water, travelling through a succession of strange and wonderful islands. Throughout her journey, Birdalone encounters fantastical creatures, a witch, and knights. Externally wear around edges and corners, spine label with wear,wear head and tail of spine.
