Vintage Burberrys set of (2) - Large Valet Tray / Ashtray / Cigar Tray / Coin Tray - in as new condition - item unused - 1997 Ex stock, part of the Plaid Haymarket dinner service - We have limited numbers of this edition which have not been available since 1997. ITEM DESCRIPTION Vintage Burberrys of London fine bone china Valet trays (2) complete with the Burberrys Equestrian Knight Logo and distinctive Thistle tartan plaid. Burberrys trademark logo on the inside of each of the longer sides and two small Burberrys bow emblems along the frame. The Valet tray is trimmed in the famous Nova check with beautiful Gold coloured gilding to the inner and outer rim and finished with high quality bright artwork and gloss glazing with high levels of whiteness and translucency. Can also be used as an Ashtray, Cigar tray or Change/Coin tray. The underside features the Burberrys Logo equestrian Knight with the words ''fine bone china - Burberry's - Made In England''. In 1998, Burberry’s changed their marketing name to Burberry. Measurements: Large size - L20cm X W17cm x H3.5cm. Weight: 720 CONDITION: Excellent, considering 24 years of age, some very slight surface marks from storage stacking and shop display normal for age but hardly noticeable - Selling as an unused item. No chips, crazing, cracks or fading of the artwork. Manufactured 1997 becoming increasingly unobtainable in this as new condition and will inevitably increase in value - a future collectable.
