JOS VERHEUGEN, a Dutch painter in Paris Mondrian with Kingfishers (Alcedo atthis, ijsvogel, martin pêcheur, Eisvogel) Like his famous predecessor Piet Mondrian, Jos Verheugen has Dutch roots.
