Juan de Camargo Angulo was born in the town of Ágreda, Soria in 1663 and died in Madrid in 1733. He was a Spanish ecclesiastic and statesman from a noble family. Son of José Antonio Camargo y Pasquier, first count and lord of the town of Villarrea and other lordships in Castile and France, and María Teresa de Angulo y Rada.
