Darroze celebrates its 50th anniversary. Founded in 1974 by Francis Darroze, a famous restaurateur and hotelier in the Lande region of France, Les Armagnacs Darroze is a benchmark in quality. Backed by partnerships with some thirty winegrowers, Marc Darroze offers a very wide range of vintage armagnacs, blends and organically produced armagnacs. This is the Cuvée du Cinquantenaire l'Unique Assemblage, made from armagnacs from years that have marked the evolution of the Darroze house. 1974: Created by Francis Darroze. 1982: Acquisition of the armagnacs from the Saint Aubin estate. 1985: Construction of the Roquefort cellars. 1994: Marc Darroze joins his father. 2002: Construction of the spirit tourisme reception areas. 2011: Construction and extension of the ageing cellars and facilities at Labastide d'Armagnac. The depth and complexity of the 50-year-old Armagnacs are complemented by the freshness and fruitiness of the younger Armagnacs, bringing a unique balance to the cuvée.
