This strong walking stick is made from wood and brass. The heavy, well made handle has a telescope / nature viewer inside which easily slides out of the protective handle for use. This is ideal for outdoor persuits such as birdwatching, fishing, hunting etc. The telescope has veryslight magnification and improves the clarity of the views. The compass screws onto the end of the telescope as a finishing touch. The handle is made of high quality brass which is engraved / acid etched with an ornate design and the body of the stick is wood with a protective brass layer where the sections screw together. It has a rubber non slip stopper which is connected to the bottom end of the stick. When fully assembled the stick is 1 meter, however for storage and transport it can be separated into 3 lengths of just over 30 cm. The total weight of the stick is just over 700 grams.
