Among the international vines, also known and processed here in Italy and which have adapted best in Alto Adige (an area where it has been characterized by its firm and compact diffusion), Pinot Noir is certainly among the most difficult to cultivate and make wine. ; A capricious grape that requires particular microclimatic and soil conditions, it also requires great skills on the part of both the agronomist and the oenologist in order to best express all its peculiarities. Ludwig, already winner of the 12th Italian Pinot Noir Competition 2013, stands out for its great personality and beautiful minerality, synonymous with symbiosis with the terroir that nourishes it. Splendid transparent garnet appearance, manifests evident notes of red fruit jam and spices, tobacco, coffee and undergrowth tones. Tasty and refined, it is soft and pleasantly savory, with velvety tannins and a long mineral persistence. Perfect with baked kid with potatoes, with feathered game and, daringly and lowering the serving temperature, with a fish soup.
