Nobilis Rum No. 40 Guyana Diamond 2008 is a limited edition rum from the Guyanese Diamond Distillery, released as a private bottling for the renowned Parisian Bar 1802. This bar is one of France's most sophisticated rum destinations, offering not only excellent cocktails but also over 1600 different rums. After tasting several samples from rare barrels owned by the Nobilis brand, the leading members agreed that this 15-year-old rum from Guyana, distilled in 2008 using a column still named Savalle Still, would be their choice for bottling. As is customary with the Nobilis brand, this rum was bottled without any additives, meaning it is free from sugar or coloring. Its cask strength of 65.2% alcohol is also worth noting.
