You are bidding on a very fine and rare 3/4 violin, labeled " Nachahmung von Antonius Stradivarius". The instrument is in good condition with some minor tears, wears and small repaired crack from the right f-hole downwards.
The violin has an excellent high to medium grained spruce of the top and two pieces back of strongly flamed maple with matched sides, neck and scroll. The purfling is professionally executed and the edges are masterfully done. The whole length of the violin is 560 mm and the back 340 mm. The width of the upper bouts: 153 mm; middle bouts: 104 mm; lower bouts: 191 mm. Shipping by DHL or FedEx is possible and would be claimed according to your personal requirements.
