A very rare, plastic portable radio from the manufacturer Telefunken TICCOLO 3461 Deutschland (TFK). This portable radio is from the year 1961-1962. It’s a broadcast receiver - past WWII tuner. It’s not from bakelite or catalin, it’s plastics. It’s smaller than 8 inch. The dimensions are 137 x 78 x 37 mm. It weighs around 352 grams. Telefunken Ticcolo has a built-in mechanical timer with a hand-wound movement. The clock movements were manufactured by the companies Kienzle and Rotocontact. The loudspeakers are Permanent Magnet Dynamic. Everything, also the clock works still perfectly fine which is rare as it is not even findable for sale where the clock is also working.
