Very Scarce Armorial Patent Manuscript issued to Ebenezer Marshall, 26 March 1792, illuminated manuscript on single vellum membrane, with painted armorial bearings of Ebenezer Marshall with motto 'Virtute Tutus', meaning 'By Virtue Safe' written in black ink and document signed by Boswell Lyon, cotton tag with single red wax seal appended in brass skippet, membrane 38 × 32 cm.
The document has been folded, with some minor creases, some brown spotting and soiling not affecting the text and fully legible, the wax is in one piece with no damage, please refer to the pictures as they also form part of the description.
