Suzzane refers to the song Suzanne by Leonard Cohen and is an ode to women. The back label quotes Eduardo Galeano: “I break this egg and a woman and a man are born. And together they'll live and they will dead. But they are born again. They will be born and they will die and they will be resurrected. And it will never stop being born because death is a lie.” Varieties 100% Grenache Vineyard 3ha vineyard planted in 1903 in Cárdenas (Rioja Alta) at 580 meters of altitude. Floors clay-ferrous with just over 10% stone, giving us low yields, around 2,000 kg per ha. The different plots that make up this vineyard give us an extra of complexity to the wine. Vinification Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in used 500-liter French oak barrels, in Padilla clay amphorae and concrete egg. Carry out malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging for 12 months in French oak barrels and concrete egg. It is then bottled without a filter.
