+ Size of the passe-partout : 40 x 30 cm / 15,7 x 11,8 in.
+ Size of the frame : 43 x 33 x 1,8 cm / 16,9 x 13 x 0,7 in.
Condition: In good condition with slight discoloration in the margins. Image very clean otherwise with vivid colors. Mounted in a passe-partout. Framed.
From the famous "Lettera Amorosa" in-4 by René Char, known as the last book illustrated by Georges Braque, displaying his best illustrations.
One of the 50 first copies published with an additional suite on Japan paper (this copy is numbered 47/50). Please note that we only sell this plate, NOT the full portfolio.
