I'm an Australian Artist and Art Dealer..occasionally living and working in Europe. For the past thirty years, my work has been carried out in Australia, New Zealand, The United Kingdom, Italy, France, Ibiza, The Cook Islands, Tahiti and Japan. Exhibitions have been received with enthusiasm and artworks are in both Private and Corporate Collections in Australia, Tahiti, France, The United Kingdom, Ibiza and New Zealand. My work is a combination of channeled inspirations and intense appreciation for the creative process that flows effortlessly from mind and heart to hand. From the numerous places in which I've lived, I endeavour to include a sense of mystery and intrigue, in both the medium used and the completed artwork. I believe that the interior dialogue between the mind and the spirit of the Artist is necessary for an artwork to exude an air of authentic magic. In short, if I 'feel' it, I'll endeavour to produce it in the most effective way possible. I have also written over one thousand pieces of Poetry, numerous Books in all genres, and Stories for Film. For me..anything that is artistic or creative is a hook, that inspires instant action with either the brush or pen. Art is a gift and has to be produced with passion to maintain and sustain the flow. Sometimes in order to deliver an authentic portrayal of my thoughts, it's necessary to paint, rather than write, so the choice of medium is dictated by this decision.
