Very scarce 8-day clock in an original mirror. Silvered dial, black numerals and blue hands. Very rare, in virtually mint condition timepiece, built into the rear view mirror of American cars, in particular the Ford Model A in the years 1932-1934. Special timepiece by Sandoz; Swiss made, eight days movement type winding clock. Famous for its Swiss solidity and especially ... for being visible in dark. With the white dial, black numerals and blue hands, which glow in the dark. Dimensions are almost identical to the current mirrors and the weight is about 300 grams. It measures: 19 x 6.5 cm. The mirror is attached to a solid iron ball joint. The timepiece is nicely built into the glass. The whole is undamaged and without mirror corrosion. The mirror is not mounted within a framework, and as such is very vulnerable.
