The result of a singular vintage characterized by snow, frost and a treacherous harvest, this Champagne Blanc de Noirs is a crystalline wine. The Pinot Noir grapes come for 92% from Grand Cru vineyards and the remaining 8% from Premiere Cru. This Champagne Limited Edition was created to accept a challenge. Vinified in oak and aged in bottle with cork, it is taut and precise. The nose opens with notes of ripe fruit and almond paste. After the typical notes of the vine: plum and vineyard peach.
