Even though Monet had made multi strand necklaces in the late 1950s, they reached there height in the 1960s and continued into the 1970s. By then the multi chain necklaces became smaller and less elaborate. The chains on these necklaces became more fragile and delicate looking.
Monet jewelry is triple plated to the highest standard with 22Kt gold.
