Yamamoto Shunkyo山元春挙(1871-1933), A Japanese painter of the Maruyama-Shijo school who was active from the Meiji period to the early Showa period. His real name was Kaneemon. While he mastered the Maruyama-Shijo school of painting, he also studied photography and applied it to landscape painting, exploring advanced drawing techniques. Together with Takeuchi Seiho, he is one of the most representative painters in the modern Kyoto art world. Yagioka Shunzan八木岡春山(1879-1941), Born in Fukagawa, Tokyo. His real name was Ryonosuke.
