Top couple red and white from Maris. Château Maris is a winery in Minervois La Livinière, in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France. A wide range of wines are made from typical Southern French grape varieties, either as single variety bottlings or multi grape blends. Ecological credentials The estate settled on a biodynamic approach after trials indicated that biodynamically grown vines tended to be healthier and lived longer than when pesticides were applied. The winery has since been recognized by Ecocert, Biodyvin, Demeter and BCorps. It was the first estate in the AOC Minervois La Livinière to be certified fully biodynamic.
