I am a new catawiki customer- My purchase was not packaged appropriately, the wrong weight and dimensions were given to the courier. This resulted in unnecessary delays, and damage to my purchase.

Great enormous packaging, the speakers arrived safe. I tested them and everything seems fine. Thank you very much.
