My order was cancelled because the seller could not fulfil it. Despite polite communication from the seller and an apology, this is simply not acceptable.

Seller did not honour the transaction because I won it cheap and paid. Catawiki had to send 3 reminders and after 12 days seller said it was sold already, how when I bought it

Von 8 gekauften Steine sind 6 beschädigt angekommen! Leider nicht zu empfehlen, 322€ bezahlt und Ware erhalten die nich brauchbar ist !. Der Schaden ist so groß, das sich ein Umschleifen nicht lohnt
