If you want to get Quadrofonic sound one can place a Philips GP422 element and connect 6 speakers at the back, Speaker 1 and 2 for stereo and Stereo-4 for Quadrofonic Quadrofonic is only possible if all 6 speaker inputs are used. One gets stereo with 2/4 speakers, Quadrofonic with 6 boxes. Stereo sound has been tested with the original matching set Philips 22AH492 Hifi Fidelity International boxes, also from 1978.
