Truly a very special receiver, vintage 1971, supposed to be specially designed for American soldiers (G.I.’s) who were stationed abroad. Kenwood calls the device Jumbo receiver. There are connections for 2 guitars and 2 microphones. With the built-in rhythm box and echo unit, you have a small sound studio. Connections for rhythm foot pedal, 2 headphones, 8 speakers, 2 record players and more... The sound is full, powerful and steady. The reception is good in noise-free stereo. All lights work. The dimensions are 56 cm x 45 x 20 cm. It weighs over 16 kg. The walnut wooden casing is beautiful. The parts are slightly separated in the top corners, which could use some attention (picture 33, 34 and 35). The Kenwood will be carefully double packed (echo unit will be secured), boxed twice, in a special box with a high load capacity up to 70kg.
