The chair is made of beech wood with black leather and has an adjustable head rest. Leather has signs of wear, which can be treated with a good maintenance product. The armrests need a more intense treatment and the back cushion might need to be reupholstered. The seat cushion was replaced in 2013. The wood is in fine condition, only the bottom of the chair (the part that touches the floor) has slight scratches, but those are invisible.
