Antique, original and very rare student’s sabre/sword with a basket handle, the basket weave is fully engraved with the two duel opponents and the year Christmas 1894 see pictures, handle with hand guard/basket with coloured fabric, blade engraved with "MILL LÜDKE*JENA" and a polar bear/bear other side, slightly coated blade - see pictures, total length: approx. 106 cm, blade width: approx. 17/18 mm, dating back to 1894, condition: good with small signs of wear, value: approx. € 450!
