Beautiful metal statue-music box from the appearance of Our Lady in Lourdes to Bernadette Soubirous, a young shepherdess from the French Pyrenees. The cast spelter work is very finely crafted in Art Deco style with lots of details. On the pedestal at the front it says "Notre Dame de Lourdes". On the backside the sculpture is signed with "JANETO" and "D.S.R." The mechanism of the music box is fixed under the wooden plate in the picture. The melody is the famous song "Te Lourdes on the mountains". The music mechanism works perfectly.
