Blueroom HOUSE PODS by Bowers & Wilkins - RED These high end design classics come from the 1990s which launched the Blue Room division from B&W. The design press as well as the audio press was amazed with the beautiful design and the incredible sound. Was once bought at STUUT&BRUIN on the Prinsengracht in The Hague. These are real collector’s items and are very rare and handmade. According to the information, only 800 of this version were made. Rarely offered for sale. Speakers come with the original SPUTNIK stands and the Neutrik connectors! Original brochure and “manual” included. The speakers have numbered stickers on the back No:001573 and No:001574. Only a very limited amount of these handmade sets were made and made in a very short period. These speakers are not the smaller, inferior minipods that are made of plastic and are considerably smaller and less powerful. The additional depth (physical) and more rounded, organic nature of these Housepods make them much nicer than the Minipods and they can be considered real hi-fi speakers instead of the lo-fi sound created by the Minipods that were based on them at a smaller scale and for a smaller budget.
