Scale wax sketch of the sculpture Farnese Hercules from the collection of the National Museum of Naples.
The wax sketch is the preliminary phase of the lost wax bronze casting.
The sculpture is reinforced with plaster inside to make it less fragile.
We have 4 copies of this model, made from casts from an early 20th-century foundry.
Although the patina is true to the colour of the photos, it may sometimes vary slightly in colour, as the flash of the photograph may give a different shade of colour.
The packaging is very complex given the fragility of the piece. The shipping costs are higher because of the special packaging.
