"Bakelite suitcase sewing by Freia" fully functional, DDR 1950, rare!
This lot is about a fully functional sewing machine made of Bakelite from the former GDR around 1950s.
Super condition, not damaged, engine running at 220 volts, no damage.
Weight 10 kg with leather handle.
The machine was found in a former fashion shop and still has the original operating instructions.
After opening the Bakelite suitcase you can take the machine out and build a right angle.
The Bakelite case is in its open position used at the same time as a sewing table, see XXL pictures.
Dimensions case: 9 cm x 30 cm x 40 cm; Manufacturer: Ernst Thalmann Werke Suhl, GDR 1950
