朝倉等月 Asakura Togetsu / 雪舟等月 Sesshu Togetsu (1700-1760) Painter of the mid-Edo period. Studied under UnKoku Tozen of the Unkoku school. Eldest son of Asakura Toshu, an official painter of the Tokuyama clan (Suo Province). The Asakura family served the Tokuyama clan for generations as imperial painters, Asakura Togetsu being the second generation.
