This poster was designed in homage to the printer and founder of Atelier Mourlot - Fernand Mourlot. He changed the fabric of printing, inspiring a resurgence in lithography. Cultivating lithograph as a painter’s medium. Fernand was close friends with many celebrated artists, including Picasso, Matisse, Marc Chagall, Georges Braque, Joan Miró and Fernand Léger. Picasso’s collaboration with the Mourlot studio was extensive, creating hundreds of prints over the course of his career.
