Handmade and handpainted clock with rosepainting! This beautiful clock is made by the Norwegian woodcarver Egil Sandvik that has a wide portefolio from woodcarvings on official buildings to clocks, instrument and small figures. Some years after he passed, his relative Karl Sandvik rosepainted this clock and it is really a stunning piece of art. I bought this from their family and with it follows a letter from his relatives stating this story. There is a standard quartz movement inside, the focus of the maker has been the exterior.
