Antidoot - L’Ambigu (Orange)
In late summer 2022, Tom from Antidoot made a macerated wine from grape varieties as Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer and Sauvignac. The wine was then added to a barrel of beer brewed 9 months earlier. Just before bottling the beer then underwent a short maceration with some Moro blood oranges. This has an extremely vinous profile , bitter orange and delicate dancing aromatics.
All the bottles stored horizontally in the dark in my cellar with controlled temperature and humidity.
