【Summary】 ・Very well crafted Japanese sword(Wakizashi) made by Yamato Daijo Fujiwara Masanori (大和大掾藤原正則). ・HAMON is beautiful and attractive. ・Koshirae's workmanship is also good. 【About Yamato Daijo Fujiwara Masanori (大和大掾藤原正則)】 ・Yamato Daijo Fujiwara Masanori was a swordsmith active from the end of the Muromachi period, known as the Keicho shinto, to the beginning of the Edo period, known as the Keicho . ・Masanori first generation is said to be a descendant of Sanjo Yoshinori of the Yamashiro Province in the middle of the Muromachi Period. He is ranked as a Josaku(上作) in Shinto, and is regarded as a Ryowazamono(良業物). ・He was born in Miyazu, Tango, and learned blacksmithing from his father Norimitsu, later moving to Kyoto and then to the castle town of Matsudaira Hideyasu in Echizen, a city of 750,000 koku. Later, he became a master craftsman of Hideyasu's eldest son, Tadanao. ・It is said that he later moved to Echizen Fukui. ・As an Echizen swordsmith of the same period, Yasutsugu first generation had some connection with him and produced works that were very similar in style. 【Blade/condition】 ・The condition of the sword is Very good + ・This sword has a beautiful HAMON and can be recommended for viewing. 【Koshirae】 ・Koshirae shows signs of use and slight damage, but is beautifully designed with a sense of history. ・The golden Menuki is harmonized with the plant motif of the Fuchigashira. 【Attention before bid】 ・This is a truly domestic Japanese sword that has never left Japan.
