The objective of this wine has been the complex and elegant expression of a reserva with a long aging in barrel, introducing Grenache similar to the reserva that were made in the first half of the 20th century in the absence of intensive viticulture.
The drastic selection of grapes is motivated by the need to have good phenolic condition so that the wine can overcome the years of aging with slow and positive evolution.
