THE HARVEST 2015 was a fantastic vintage and ILATRAIA 2015 is undoubtedly at the height of the harvest. It is a very structured wine, which is striking for its complexity and aromatic intensity. It is balanced and refined at the same time. In the mouth it is rich, with velvety tannins and a persistent finish. THE GRAPES ILATRAIA is an elegant cuvée of 40% Petit Verdot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Cabernet Franc. After the harvest by hand, each of the grape varieties is vinified and aged separately: this guarantees that each of the three wines has the time to mature optimally and to perfectly develop its character and potential.
