Josef Rindskopf's Söhne, based in Teplice, Austria was founded in 1890 by the brothers Albert, Sidney, Edwin and Sherman Rindskopf. The company, best known for their ‘Pepita’ and ‘Grenada’ lines, was among the important competitors of the Loetz glassworks, exporting a wide range of glass to Germany, Great Britain and the United States. After the end of the First World War, the company faced significant problems, which resulted in bankruptcy in 1927.
