The signature is “景泉 Keisen”.
The mark is “藤三郎 Tosaburo and 景泉 Keisen”.
◯Baba Keisen 馬場景泉（1898-1950）／
Born in Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture in 1898.
His name is “Tosaburo 藤三郎”.
Another name is “Suikosai 吸江斎”.
He was active as a painter of the Shijo school in Kyoto.
He died in 1950.
There are stains due to age.
This is an antique item.
