Mirror/Zero Pink Edition - XS SERIE, prototype, premiered at Salone Satellite - Salone del Mobile Milano 2024. This Tabletop fading mirror prototype is finely handcrafted in Italy by Formaminima artisans, employing solid Pink Onyx juxtaposed to a crystal glass layer with a hand-applied special mirror gradient. A trompe-l’oeil effect changes the observer's perception according to the point of view, melting objective and subjective dimensions through a fading marble layer, which seems to almost disappear into the wall. Ideal in a small batch, collecting the different materials and finishes of this entire collection, or alone, as the focus point of a sought-after vanity table. Please notice this prototype (no brackets, raw honeycomb resin on marble layer backside) has been manufactured for exhibition purposes. Once placed on a console's top, the object leans on the wall with approx. 15-20° tilt, double adhesive tape (provided with the lot) can be applied on the bottom edge of the stone to prevent slipping.
