Harman Kardon 730 Solid State AM/FM Stereo Receiver.. A very rare and beautiful Harman Kardon 730 Twin Power FM / AM Receiver from the mid - late 1970s in excellent original condition. I personally serviced this unit prior to listing. The PC boards have been cleaned and de-oxidized, pots and switches have been greased & lubricated, all display light bulbs have been replaced with (original filament bulbs) - not cheap modern LEDs), the moving parts/cogs of the tuning capacitor has also been lubricated. Overall the unit is in beautiful cosmetic condition and works correctly. I am a Vintage Audio HiFi enthusiast and carry out service, repairs / refurbishment to vintage iconic HiFi, My passion started back in the late 70s / early 80s when I worked in HiFi outlets located on the famous retail Hi-Fi street in London (Tottenham Court Road) and have had a passion for vintage Audio HiFi ever since. The unit will have a easily removable security sticker applied to it. The unit is a real treasure in beautiful condition with exception to a slight crack to the power button which is hardly seen. This has been a cared for unit that shows little sign of wear considering it was manufactured around 1976/77. The quality and craftmanship of this Harman Kardon unit is a statement to Audio equipment of this era which is unmatched and unfound in equipment manufactured today.
