Offered for auction is a rare official USA army manual (dated 1940) describing the US Vehicles in the US Army; types, their use, tactics and BEAUTIFUL technical plates, including the maintenance and so forth. This book was used by all drivers during D-Day and subsequent operations. Many photo's, sketches of vehicles, technical data, including that the famous command car, trucks, etc etc etc, including of the Harley and Indian. See photo's for condition - the manual is in used but relatively good condition for its age, and named to a member of the 940th Engineer Bn (Aviation). See pictures, they are part of the description. Don't miss this rare book.
