It comes exclusively from two plots of the winery's vineyards over forty years old that are pampered by our technical team throughout the year. It is the perfect symbiosis between balance and elegance.
Fermentation takes place in a French oak tank and then ages in brand new French oak barrels for a minimum of 20 months. It is a velvety, medium-bodied wine. Its round tannin and ripe fruit stand out.
