This car has just undergone a full nut and bolt restoration by Saxspeed in Finland, it was rebuilt using mostly new parts to Group A specification. Driven only around 100km (non-competition) since. Previously owned by German Rally Team ACV / SFK Tourist Schwerin e.V. (driver Kremer Armin, co-driver Behling Sven). Several races were completed under this team in Germany and Northern Europe. After a collision in a race with slight damage to front corner, the car was sold to Finnish rally driver Juha Miettinen. Pekka Hänninen repaired the car and after a while it ended up to Rally champion Sebastian Lindholm. Later on, the car served at Juha Kankkunen Driving Academy in Kuusamo (Finland) under the ownership of Jukka Kihlman. After that journey, the car ended up with our client who has owned it for a number of years and has been competing here in Finland. He has now retired from competition and decided to have the car fully restored back to it original glory. The car’s restoration started in 2011 by Ari Saxsberg, Saxspeed Oy in Finland, the restoration work took 4.5 years as there was no rush to have it completed.
