This beer is made in collaboration with Catawiki. Together with their team we selected one of our best barrels to bottle as an exclusive release. This beer is exclusively sold through a Catawiki auction. Elegant, delicate carbonation. In the nose you find exotic fruits and apricot tart with ground almonds, mango and ripe peaches. Well balanced smooth acidity with a hint of apple vinegar and caramelized kumquats. Reminiscent of high end orange wines. It finishes with waves of sweet & sour that leave you longing for more. About Nevel: Nevel is located in Nijmegen, a small city in the east of the Netherlands with a strong craft beer tradition. Our brewery focuses exclusively on wild fermentation, creating carefully balanced beers that do not shout but have a lot to tell. A distinct character with challenging flavours, but also refreshing, sessionable and low in ABV. We work closely with our local suppliers to harvest organic herbs, fruits, tree bark and even vegetables for our brews.
