Columela Solera 50 years is made with grapes of the Palomino Fino variety. Made using the traditional system of Criaderas y Soleras characteristic of vinegars protected by the designation of origin vinagre de Jerez. It has a typical, characteristic and unique bouquet that is conferred by its elaboration from Old Olorosos and its permanence in American oak casks for more than half a century. Columela Solera 50 years is characterised by its deep mahogany colour, silky texture; peculiar aroma, deep acidity and containing, in addition to notes of old wine, the memory of its long aging. This is where its condensed, round, broad, dry, balanced flavor comes from, with a long and acid aftertaste as well as notes of spices and nuts. The shipment will be made in a special certified box.
