John Searle

‘Double Face’ is the name of this construction by GDesign Custom Motorcycle of Como, Italy.
Based on a 1200 cc Buell S3 from 1999, GDesign wanted to pay tribute to the glorious Harley superbike AMA which ran with the collaboration of the genius Erik Buell, engineer and designer with the dream of sports Harleys.
So GDesign created a contrasting deep black and Harley Racing orange colour scheme on this base, adding a dedicated Supertrapp exhaust usually for the xr1200 dirt track.
The engine and chassis were left unchanged, the braking system was improved with a double front disc and Discacciati calipers.
Already awarded prizes in various competitions and published in trade magazines, exhibited at the last Bike Shed Show in London last month, arousing much interest.
New battery, new tyres, periodic inspection in the registration certificate duly carried. 
The only part that doesn’t comply with the code is the exhaust, which in any case remains far below the allowed as noise.
If the weather conditions are favourable, I use the motorcycle on a daily basis, so it will be delivered in working order and in very good condition.
