J. Bally Vintage Agricultural Rhum – Rhum paille, produced in Martinique, from an old 100cl bottle, a format now quite rare. [Bottled 1980s] This Rhum Paille is the result of a short aging process in oak barrels, typical of the Bally style of the time, designed to preserve the freshness of the sugarcane while imparting light woody notes. Larger (100cl) bottles of vintage Rhum Paille are significantly rarer than standard bottlings and are highly sought after by collectors of vintage agricultural rums.
