The Syrah Cortona DOC 2022 from Cantine Faralli epitomises the vibrant potential of the Syrah grape in the sun‑kissed hills of Tuscany. Cultivated around the Cortona area, this wine marries the varietal’s signature dark‑fruit richness with the elegance of Tuscan terroir.

In the glass it shows a deep ruby‑red colour. On the nose you’ll find enticing aromas of ripe blackberry, dark cherry, black pepper and soft hints of vanilla or cacao, stemming from subtle oak or maturation choices.

On the palate it is full‑bodied yet refined, with smooth tannins, a well‑balanced acidity and a lingering finish combining fruit, spice and minerality. This 2022 vintage offers both immediate pleasure and good ageing potential.
